OUR STORY
Where We Came From
Established by Mr T.L. Lau on 2 December 1978, in a small HDB shophouse, Techno-Marine started out as a ship chandler in our early days, gradually moving to focus on what we are known for today – marine safety and firefighting equipment, and pyrotechnics.
In 2014, we were fortunate enough to cross paths with Mr Lok C.H. of Tong Hin (1959) Pte Ltd, a founding pioneer in the mooring ropes business, and respected entrepreneur. Since then, we have held a strong inventory of various mooring ropes in our warehouse.
This includes PP (polypropylene), pp-polyester mixed roped, manila ropes, polyester ropes, vinylon ropes, PP multi ropes, cotton braided ropes, polyester braided ropes, nylon ropes and HMPE ropes.

Founded in 1996, Jiangsu Hwayan is the leading pioneer of marine safety, lifesaving and firefighting equipment in China, Located in Danyang, Jiangsu province , they have an area of 65000 square meters, more than 300 employees, and technical and research facilities and expertise.
We have partnered with Hwayan since their inception, and are proud to support, stock and carry the Hwayan brand in the region.
