HYF-JD is one type of thermal insulation immersion suit which is used for life saving for international sailing vessel, coast and river sailing vessel.
This type of immersion suit is designed to be worn without life jacket.
This type of immersion suit is improved on the base of normal immersion suit in the performance of low-temperature resistance and thermal insulation, and more suitable for using under severe cold environment.

Structure Feature:

buoyant material: : PVC, 5mm
thermal layer: Biological Cotton
Reflective tape: SOLAS approved Reflective tape area：400cm2 for CCS approved immersion suit. Reflective tape area: 500cm2 for MED approved immersion suit

Buoyancy:≥105N
Buoyancy loss: less than 5% within 24 hours
fitted with anti-corrosion whistle and lubricant wax for zipper, could be kept under the temperature from -62℃-+65℃
protection wearer from lowest temperature : -45℃
thermal prevention value for both buoyant layer and thermal layer: 0.3m2 •K/W, it’s three times higher than that of normal immersion suit
Equipped with lifejacket light, whistle, buddy line and lifting bracket
