We conduct all our annual, five yearly and ten yearly inspections as per IMO guidelines, MSC.1/Circ.1318.

For 10 yearly inspections, ten percent (10%) of the total number of CO2 cylinders shall still be tested. As per revised regulations, From 1 January 2022 onwards, Singapore registered ships are to carry out the hydrostatic test of all its high-pressure CO 2 cylinders at or before their 20th and 30th year anniversary, and every 10th year anniversary thereafter.

Our team will also check through the hoses. In accordance with MSC.1/Circ.1432 paragraph 10.1.2, flexible hoses should be replaced at the intervals recommended by the manufacturer and not exceeding every 10 years.
